Kindred Running Spirits

Welcome to a reference for all things running! 🙂 This is dedicated to my XC Team in Delaware, my friends Faith Erwin, Greg Boring, and Natalie Dorfeld, and amazing new converts Ashlee Band/Kim Miller, who keep/kept me in the running arena, let me catch the running bug, and kept me competitive despite the changes life throws your way! 🙂

MOTIVATION

I keep coming back to the same clips, so I am providing a few I look at, some related to running, some related to any pre-hyped event you might need inspiration for!
